Voting Info For March 5
Absentee ballots must be received by your municipal clerk before 8pm tomorrow, March 5th.
If you still have your absentee ballot you should deliver it in person to your municipal clerk’s office, or an absentee ballot drop box if it is available. Some municipalities may require you to bring your ballot to your polling place on Election Day, March 5.
If you are an unenrolled voter, this will be your first chance to help us choose our nominee!
Thanks to Maine’s new semi-open primary system, all you need to do is ask your clerk for the Democratic primary ballot. Remember, you will only be allowed to vote in one Party’s primary.
Not registered to vote? Maine has same-day voter registration!
You can find guidance on who is eligible to register to vote, and how you can register at the polls on Election Day here.
Issues voting?
If you are experiencing problems while voting or believe you are being unlawfully denied the right to vote, you can contact Maine’s Bureau of Corporations, Elections and Commissions at 207-624-7736.
Don’t miss out on this important part of the 2024 election, as Maine Democrats come together to help select our Party’s nominee!
